o 2011 June: Founded EpiSES Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd. (EpiSES Group)

o 2014 March: EpiSES Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia moved headquarters to EpiSES Engineering Singapore Pte. Ltd.

o 2017 January: Founded subsidiary company EpiSES Engineering Ltd. Qatar.

o 2018 January: Engaged in consortium relation with Tarpon Energy services.

o 2018 October: Founded subsidiary company EpiSES Engineering Sdn. Bhd. Brunei.

o 2020 January: Engaged in consortium relation with Smart Engineering Services Co. Ltd. Thailand.
